In our coming restaurants such as the ones in Gurnee, Illinois and Minnetonka, Minnesota we want to optimize the energy performance of the buildings, use more recycled material, reduce our water use by 30%, and enact many other green and sustainable ideas. We’re working closely with farmers and ranchers to ensure their operations create as small an impact as possible on the environment along with the Chipotle restaurants.

There are many new apparel items to the Chipotle Store this season. New to the store are accessories such as hats, totes, water bottles, lunch bags, and skaters will be excited for the customized Chipotle skateboard deck. On chilly days, cover up with a Chipotle hoodie. The kid's store has many fun tees, featuring the popular 'I'm spicy' t-shirt. All of the shirts are made with 100% cotton that is grown without harmful pesticides, fertilizers, and chemicals. Water based dyes and low-impact printing methods are used for the good of you guys and the planet. The clothing and accessories are a fun way to show off your love for Chipotle!

Having a big event, meeting, or party? Chipotle catering is only available in Colorado now but we plan on expanding soon. The catering is able to serve 6-200 people and there are four options to choose from. All of the meat can be picked from chicken, steak, barbacoa, and carnitas.
